		C. In addition, we look for Stocks that have a history of Positive Price Returns and steady to increasing Dividend Payments.
		D. If your favorite High Dividend Yield Stock is not listed here, it may be due to the Price Return being too Negative causing the Dividend Return to be wiped out.
	Step No. 2 - Look for Stocks with as many Green Columns of data as possible which are the more favorable Stocks to consider to purchase.
